Instead of going through manual menus, you can now simply pick up your phone and speak to the app. The AI understands your instructions and dispatches the task to the right team in seconds.


1. Update your Aiello TMS Staff App to the 1.9.0 (5) version or newer.
2. In the app, tap the microphone button on the screen to enter "Listening" mode.
3. Speak to describe the need naturally (e.g., "Room 1436 needs cleaning at 10:00"). The AI will automatically detect when you finish.
4. Review the automatically filled fields, including Location, Task/Request Type, Priority, or more, depending on your speech request. Click Done to finish.
This feature significantly reduces the bottleneck for frontline staff on the move, allowing tickets to be opened in seconds. The system leverages natural speech to map information directly to system fields. Once a task is created, it is instantly synced to the relevant team, providing immediate visibility across the entire hotel even faster than before.
