Aiello has added video attachment capabilities to TMS Pro, one of our most requested features. Hotel teams can now attach videos up to one minute each alongside images to their task requests, providing clearer visual context for more efficient task completion across departments.
Why Attach Videos?
Videos are particularly valuable for maintenance requests, housekeeping inspections, and facility issues where static images may not capture the full scope of a problem. This helps receiving departments understand requirements better and arrive prepared with the right tools.
The image upload field has been upgraded and renamed to 'Image/Video' to support both media types.
How to use it:
For request types that don't currently display the Image/Video field, administrators can easily enable this functionality through the “Template” settings by adding the “Image/Video” field under “Information Fields”.
